OLIVER DUNN – Director

Oliver (Oli) heads the Glencourt recruitment team, upholding very high standards for himself and the consultants.

Oli has 15 years’ retail management experience and was responsible for ‘Top 10’ performing stores within two major retailers’ portfolios. Ten years ago he joined a leading and well-respected retail recruitment company, initially as a Consultant, before progressing to Managing Consultant, and then to Associate Director.

Over an eight-year period, Oli developed a very comprehensive knowledge of recruitment for the Self-Storage market, and most of the “Top 20” leading operators regard him as the ‘must go-to’ recruiter within this rapidly expanding sector. He is recognised by the SSA as a recruitment ‘expert’ and was invited to speak on “The Recruitment & Retention of Staff” at FEDESSA’s 2023 International Conference in Rotterdam.

His detailed knowledge of retail operations linked to his success as a senior recruiter enabled him to quickly become a key member of the Glencourt’s Retail Interiors recruitment team. He joined the business in June 2021 as its Managing Consultant, and his many successes in this role led to him being appointed a Director of the company in November 2022.
