Sid is a renowned award-winning Executive and NED with over 23 years of recruitment industry experience across businesses such as Adecco, Cordant and S3. As Managing Director of Adecco’s IT, Engineering and Telecommunications arms in the UK & Europe, Sid grew the business to 400 staff, £280m revenue, £45m net fee income, and £20m profit. As Managing Director of Professional Staffing at Cordant Group, Sid led their acquisition and integration strategy.

Sid is now the CEO of Mastermind Consulting plus Owner and CEO of Elite Leaders, Sid is a NED and Chairman to some of the UK, Europe and US’s fastest growing staffing businesses. He is an APSCO Affiliate Member and in 2022 won their “Advisor of the Year” Award.

He joined the Glencourt team in 2023, bringing his experience to support our ongoing growth and to help us realise our objectives in the years ahead.
