Piers is a highly respected Chartered Organisational Psychologist with 24 years’ experience and is an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society. Over this period he has conducted in excess of 23,000 psychometric assessments globally.

He has worked closely with some of the industry ‘Giants’, including Roger Holdsworth (co-founder of Saville & Holdsworth, SHL & TalentQ) and Dr Alan Bourne (Founder of SOVA Assessments).

Piers works with Glencourt Associates to provide accurate and detailed personality profiles to help companies select the ‘right’ person for their vacancies. Due to the very rapid turnaround of his very detailed reports, the hiring process is not delayed.

Additionally, Piers will provide both client companies and their candidates with a personal debrief, during which he will explain the benefits and risks of a specific hire, and fully answer any questions either may have.
